Can these people do their goddamn work and give me the points I have deserve? I made 4 tickets and they keep getting closed without giving me an answer or giving me my points. This is just a whole scam.

me problem with the last ticket I opened - could have been because it was in German (cause it didn't tell me at the page I handed it in that this is an exclusively english speaking page...) but then they could have told me that...
